Baby Back Ribs $26.95 From the loin - Baby Backs are the leaner pork rib. We season simply and let the smoking process be part of the overall seasoning. Our best-selling rib!
St. Louis Ribs $26.95 Pit master's favorite rib... cut from the spare rib which comes from the belly. The St. Louis rib is typically meatier with a bigger bone and higher in fat (fat = flavor).
Pulled Pork $15.00 We smoke the pork butt until it falls apart, then we shred, chop and blend with our mustard vinegar sauce - the only meat we serve with sauce.
Tri Tip $20.00 We do tri tip differently by slow smoking it, producing a tender, nicely smoked piece of beef. Not your grandpa's tri tip.
Chicken $10.95 Salt brined then salted and smoked - Subtle yet delicious.
